I would say I'm fire.

Some of my training partners would say I'm metal. :-)

I call shenanigans on the article though... overtraining is overrated, almost impossible to do, natural or otherwise, in a real athlete that is conditioned for frequency and volume.

I've known plenty of natural lifters that hit 80% on their lifts 6 days a week. Overtraining, for the most part, is completely ignored in the Olympic weightlifting world as a non-issue perpetrated by the bodybuilding community.
Diets fail because society as a whole believes body image is more important than health. The problem is that obesity is simply one of many symptoms of an illness, not the illness itself.

And I'm being cured.
