Tried the "loading a log" with a sandbag at home today.

Not really my cup of tea but for the mo "peer" pressure or the humiliation & suffering trying to lift awkward stuff during METCON/class once per week is motivation enough. ;D

Good stuff man.  2 solid strength training sessions per week is all the "average" person really needs... push, pull, squat, done.
