Thanks for the link. I found interesting the idea of setting goals. I have not set any measurable goals, yet, just "lower BF and look better". I think I should also start a food log, since I get the impression that I am not eating enough to gain size.

Good read, surround yourself with "arseholes" & perhaps you won't feel like such an uncompromising arsehole yourself.
