Ross Emanait
« on: July 01, 2010, 05:12:11 AM »
I'm usually not one to endorse any particular trainer. However, this guy seems to have the right idea when it comes to workout programs. Aside from having books available for cheap on his websites, he also has a ton of free workouts on both his sites. He is also very good at returning emails. Ross is a former boxer turned strength and conditioning coach. There's also a lot of motivational material on his sites as well. Do yourself a favor and check his sites out.

He's an endless source of ideas, inspiration and information.

One day, through the miracle of modern science, I hope to bear his children.
The answer to your question is 'eat more fat'.

Stop counting calories. If you are eating Paleo, there is usually no need.

If you are having weight loss issues, it'd be a good idea to start posting a detailed food journal, then everyone can help.

'Anecdotal Evidence' is an oxymoron.
