My wife and I are starting Strong Lifts 5X5 as soon as the equipment arrives. Until then we are doing our full body work out twice a week. I will keep you posted as to how sh does. I will post pics of me soon to show my progress.

I have a Body Solid Power Rack and flat bench coming. I also ordered a 300 pound Olympic weight set. I priced in at a local store and they wanted over $1300.00 for what I got for $871.00 which includes shipping. I ordered it from Bigfitness.com. It should be here soon... We are on needles and pins.
