Yup, I do P90X in the winter mixed with other workouts but minus the cardio. It’s one of my fav’s but in summer I’m busy outside so I don’t normally do “workouts” this time of year. I’m playing with rocks again right now
I like the X workouts but not some of the advice. They recommend women use lighter weight and do more reps in the X…ridiculous advice and a waste of time IMO but I’ve never found a video workout I didn’t have to adjust in one way or another
