good article, from reading some of the original EDT training articles figured it had to be good for fat loss

Another good article.  Interesting application of EDT.  The example day 4 looks savage: squats, bench and deadlift each for 20 minutes.  Reminds me of an extreme 3x3 programme

The 15min. PR Zone seems short at first but at 10min. I was feeling 15min. was perfect.

Walk - 1mi.
EDT PR Zone 15min. Minimum to no rest between sets

1A. Squats - Bar X 5/ 95 X 3/ 135 X 5/ 150 X 5,4,3,3,3,3,2 = 23 reps
1B. Overhead DB Press - 45's X 5/ 55's X 5,5,3,3,3,3 = 22 reps

2A. Deadlift - 225 X 5,5,3,3,3,2,2,1 = 24 reps
2B. Bench Press - 150 X 6,6,5,4,4,3,3 = 31 reps

Was that all done as 1 15 min PR Zone?

No 2 I alternated between 1A & 1B for the first PR Zone and then 2A & 2B for the second.

No not at all. It's quite invigorating during and very satisfying after.
