I've been losing between 8-10 libs a month since I started in April, but this month I started working out and now my weight is rock steady. I've been 157 for two weeks now, the difference is, my trousers seem loose. I can get into a 30 waist (barely) even though last month I could only just get into a 32 waist. So, the lesson here is that your trousers will tell the truth. The scale only tells part of the story. Note that in April I was 190 and a 38 waist.
I still have a spare tire which I imagine will take some time to get rid of.

Dimension at the navel: 34 inches
My work out is pretty simple: 40 push-ups in a row and 20 minutes of running four days a week with a 'long' run of half an hour on the week-end. I used to do half-marathons and am aiming to do them again.
