THEN...I wanted to do some sprints but it was raining so I was forced to go to the gym and do them on the treadmill ( :-X)....
did 15 min of sprints at 8.5-9.7 & 2-3% incline

Things I notice:
My pants fit snugger to my thighs :o...seriously.  My butt has never looked so, um..."round" in my jeans before!   I'm REALLY HOPING that it's b/c of all this Oly training that I'm upping my strength and muscle and it's not flubber that I'm packing on my rear end.

I am infatuated with BUTTS and LEGS.  I especially like to work my own but I like to look at others, too ;D

I have to rid myself of a few shirts that fit too snug through the shoulders.  Guess that's a good thing?!?!  I HOPE that's a good thing.

REALLY trying to focus on my strength and how good it makes me feel and NOT fall to the depths of the numbers that flash on the scale....not trying to lose weight...maybe a bit of bf but not weight per say.

I sometimes have BBI (bad body image) days and I hate that but it does happen.  At least I'm honest about them.

Diets fail because society as a whole believes body image is more important than health. The problem is that obesity is simply one of many symptoms of an illness, not the illness itself.

And I'm being cured.

5 min AMRAP:
5 pull ups
10 SDHP (#65)
15 wall ball (#12)

then MILE run----I got 2:30 into it and said "nope, done."
Not really feeling 100% today.  I think my body is being hit with all the new TN fall allergens and making me feel blah ???  Ever since moving here I have not gotten a FULL nights sleep :(  That's been since June.....
Or you know, it could be the max squats from yesterday....

Yes, Wolfie, I remember  ;)  And I am thinking about it as I go through this week and going by how I feel.  I think the heavy lifts are taking more out of me than I realize.  I actually reread it the other day!

I'm actually taking today OFF :)  Thanks for posting those videos ;D

Taking today OFF as well (bummer b/c it was DL day  :( ).  Mucus is moving into my chest and my ears are on FIRE!  Stupid allergies.

That's okay, though.  Next week or hopefully this weekend I will feel better and be able to hit it hard.

Trained today...it was a circuit of about 15-20 things for 45 min.  Perfect.  Got a sweat on, burned a few calories...felt great.  2 days off was worth it!

I think part of my problem is that I am homesick...more than I thought I was.  Combine that with shitty sleep and other life factors and BOOM....body shut down a bit.

the good news is that I recognized all of it and decided to be smart about my health and take care of ME!  My plan for October is to try things a bit differently.  I'm still LOVING the crossfit and we do a lot of strength stuff but I also want to challenge my own knowledge a bit more and do more stuff on my own. (Wolfie I may need some expert guidance from ya! ;) )

Things I would like to keep in my programs:
OHS
DL & RDL
Back squat
Pull ups/pushups
throw is some hip thrusters and some cleans here and there and VIOLA! As you can see I have no idea what I want to do at this point.  I'm playing, I like to play.  I still have the goal of a muscle up and my pistols are really improving. ;D

I'm all over the place....I just love fitness SO much that I want to try EVERYTHING!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! :D :D :D
