I take vitamin D and some cod liver oil. I took vitamins for years and never want to choke down another pill again. Some kind of foreign conspiracy to pollute our precious bodily fluids I think.
Occasionally I get the urge to go spend on some nostrum so I sit down and gnaw on a bone until it goes away.

Multivitamin
Fish oil / vit D combo (1000/1000, 2 per day)

Seems to be working well for me.

Because it's relevant to this thread. I *was* taking Vitamin A in the morning, but I have a feeling I was over-dosing on it. Vitamin A toxicity causes fatigue and I was very tired for a while there.

I've stopped taking it, but still continue to take Vitamin D, Vitamin K2, and Magnesium in addition to a B&C complex every morning

On vitamin A: if you like carrots, you are likely to meet the requirements or even overdose.
One medium carrot already contains 200%+ of the daily requirements. If you eat 3 or 4 carrots every week, you are already meeting minimum requirements. If you eat more, you may risk overdosing.

Right now I take an anabolic multi (VitaKic), ZMA (Zinc, Magnesium and Vitamin B6), and fish oil caplets.

Eating a healthy, well-balanced diet should provide you with all of the individual nutrients you need. Not everyone has a good diet so some of those nutrients might be deficient. For example, a person who hates fruits and vegetables might not get enough vitamin C and someone who refuses to eat dairy products will frequently need extra calcium. Taking a daily multivitamin is an inexpensive and easy way to be sure we are getting the vitamins and minerals we need.

Supplements I use right now are Fish Oil, 2x1000mg in the AM. Also started trying coconut oil, about 2 spoon fulls a day. I hope to do better and not need supplements. Will start my food journal soon, and will have  a bunch of questions.

I take egg, milk, carrot, vitamin D, Zinc & magnesium. The main benefit of sufficient magnesium is a high quality of sleep.

I was off of any supplements for a loong while and I really didn't feel the need to take any. Recently (late January and February) I started swimming again as part of my work out routine. Couple of times I was hurrying work so my hair wasn't perfectly dry. You know where I'm going with this, right? I got a really bad case of cold. Since then I bought Multivitamins, Vitamin C and Salmon Fat. It seemed to work since I can breath through my nose freely again.

I take

multivitamin with probiotics
fish oil
vitamin d+k+calcium

I probably don't need them but take them just to be sure!

As a relative newbie to this WoE I'm curious as to what vitamins and supplements you feel are necessary to enhance your Paleo Diet, or if you don't take any why you feel you don't need to.

I am currently not taking any supplements at all, and am throwing this out to try to get some opinions to help me decide whether I'm making the best decision for myself!

In the past I have at times used supplements - a couple of years ago I was taking a multivitamin, a calcium + vit D, and a fish oil, but I eventually discontinued.  Then I took a high strength B-complex plus C for a while.  Neither of these seemed to make any difference to the way I felt so in recent months I haven't bothered  with pills at all, although I have on ocassion added wheatgrass and/or spirilina to my smoothiesl!

I take quite a few and plan on continuing to do so. Our food cannot give us everything we need to live a long and healthy life due to many factors but mostly due to pollution and overfarming which has sucked the nutrients out of the soil.
