He links to a study that begins with the premise that breast milk is 50% saturated fat.

Raw Fat in breast milk is 50% Raw Saturated Fat.

I'd like to see the day when they make studies comparing the consumption of Raw Saturated Fat vs Cooked Saturated Fat.

What I do know about raising a couple of children is that when you pump out breast milk and keep it in the refrigerator or freezer and thaw it out, you should be careful to not heat it to the point of cooking it.  Just defrost it.  Or warm it up to be defrosted.

Parents should never cook breast milk... big warning, big warning.
I'm on Raw Paleo diet but I have kids to feed on cooked paleo diet.

                                           1 gram of  polyunsaturated fat
                                           34 mg of cholesterol
                                           17 grams of carbs.

Whole cows milk (3.25% fat):  149 calories
                                          8 grams total fat
                                          5 grams saturated fat
                                          2 grams of monosaturated fat
