I stumbled across this PDF cookbook. Most of the recipes are Paleo/Primal.

This should be stickied! Even if one has no need for the recipes, the good fuel/bad fuel section is a great guide. Thanks so much for posting, it's definitely going to help when I do groceries this evening.
