Give us a 1-month update in a few days.
Any idiot can get on a treadmill and watch TV and then take great pride in the fact they've exercised.

If you stick to Paleo you will have seen some big changes a month from now, so yeah probably better to wait a month.
The answer to your question is 'eat more fat'.

Stop counting calories. If you are eating Paleo, there is usually no need.

If you are having weight loss issues, it'd be a good idea to start posting a detailed food journal, then everyone can help.

I wish I had some pre-Paleo pictures....BUT I failed to plan ahead.  However, the comments of people who knew me before and know me after include: "Wow, you've lost weight."  "Jim, are you sure you're still older than me?!?!"  "How'd you loose that fat face so fast?"  My favorite....but only grasped by those that are avid readers --> "Do you have a picture of a fat old man in the attack?"  JMull

Even though your weight didn't change, you went down 4% in body fat.

255 x 4% = 10 pounds of fat

That's good work!

Change requires you to scream, I'M NOT GONNA TAKE ANY MORE!...and then you don't.

Wow, I didn't really notice that the first time. I only looked at the bf%. You are not only shading fat but putting on slabs of muscle at the same rate? Excellent!

It is actually a very interesting result, and not unprecedented. When I first started eating paleo, I actually put on weight (muscle). At the time I was not lifting weights, not really doing any exercise.

Wlfdg has also not lost weight despite losing fat, although he was (and is) doing huge amounts of exercise.

Considering Sassenachs diet was not totally Paleo throughout that, I think it should be seen as a very heartening result. I would bet large sums of money that blood tests would show your health (and longevity) has improved significantly.

Losing bodyfat without losing weight is the ultimate ideal. Pro-body builders take heaps of drugs to accomplish this.
Congrats Sarah.
