Improved Eyesight & Olympic Performance

Hello Everyone!
My husband has now been on paleo about 6 weeks (me about 3 weeks). He has noticed a significant improvement in his eyesight - still needs glasses for reading, but he has noticed a significant decrease in the amount of eye-strain now ...
Probably a bit too much information, but since being on paleo, I've been enjoying the Olympic gold medal performance of ... my bowels!

My farsightedness also eased when I started eating paleo. I think it's because the blood glucose levels don't get so elevated, so there's less cross linking of proteins in the lenses.
Unfortunately, only the short term cross linking is reversible.
