doing so well but how do i keep loosing

hi guys, i am still loosing weight eating caveman :) however the weight loss as slowed down. i am still exercising. is this normal, i have been eating paleo since feb. Any tips would be very helpful. thanks x

Weight loss will slow down as you get thinner. It's easier to think of weight loss as a percentage thing: you lost X% of your weight this week, rather than Y lbs.

However, in your other thread, you indicated your BMI is over 35 still. You should still be losing weight fairly handily. I imagine your "weekend blowouts" are the culprit.

Can you describe your "blowouts"? What do you consume?

This.  The default should be "no cheats".  A few men can cheat on weekends and make it up during the week, but most people, especially women, cannot.

hi thanks for the replys, my weekend blow outs are normally pizza and chocolate, although i do try and be good, as i feel crap afterwards.
i also drink diet coke at the weekend with vodka but only a glass a night. i know this is probably whats stopping me. thanks guys

Well, then perhaps we should work on stepping your weekend eating habits down notch by notch. "Cold turkey" doesn't work too well with you, it seems. If pizza is your weak spot, lets step the pizza back.

First off, are you ordering pizza? Or making it yourself. If you're ordering it - stop that. Not only is it not even close to real food, it costs way more than making it! If you're making it yourself, perhaps you can try making a "meatza"
