If you are having weight loss issues, it'd be a good idea to start posting a detailed food journal, then everyone can help.

I'm changing my vote to yes. He's acting like more and more of a tool as time goes on. In the Open Source world, we call these types of people "poisonous" and they will spread their ill to those around them, making people cynical and killing motivation. The sooner they go, the better.
