Hey guys, I'm 24 and am from Atlanta. For the past year or so I've been loosely sticking to a paleo-esque diet where I try to avoid sugar, starches and carbs all together. However, I've sort of fallen off the last few months and have been eating a not so great diet.
I'm 5'11 and around 200 lbs now, and I would ideally like to be somewhere around 170.
