Hi.

I'm Steve.  I started living the primal lifestye about 3 months ago.  Both my partner and I have seen some incredible changes as a result.  

Looking forward to learning alot here.

Welcome. I am in the Lou is as well (actually St Peters at the moment) and have been eating paleo about 2 months.  I feel great, have lost about 25lbs, and just started Crossfit (today, in fact).
