I am fairly new to this life style, altough since a few weeks less or more started. I just finished reading the Primal Blueprint. I used to do South Beach and FitForLife in the past, but the only grains I got where Quinoa and Buckwheat, no bread, pasta or potatoes. So I guess it will not be to hard to follow.
Well I hope to get little support on this forum.
A bit about me : I am 55 years young, living with my hushband and my 21 dogs (17 Alaskan Malamutes and 4 Suomenlapinkoira) at the countryside in West-Vlaanderen, Belgium. Also my dogs receive an all natural diet, no processed food.
