Ive just recently adapted to a Paleo lifestyle 2 and a half weeks ago. I'm loving every minute of it. I'm learning new recipes and ideas with my food. My main goal, besides a lifestyle change is weightloss. 2 and a half weeks ago, i weighed in at 315. Between limited exercise and the Paleo Diet, i weighed in at 301 this morning.
