Looking to interview raw paleo diet followers over 50 for book

Hello,

I'm looking for healthy active people over 50 who follow the raw paleo diet to interview for my book.

I am an award-winning writer and this is my first health book.

The answer to your question is 'eat more fat'.

Stop counting calories. If you are eating Paleo, there is usually no need.

If you are having weight loss issues, it'd be a good idea to start posting a detailed food journal, then everyone can help.

'Anecdotal Evidence' is an oxymoron.

• Grains (wheat/rice/oats etc) . . . . . • Dairy (milk/yogurt/butter/cheese etc)
• Refined foods (salt/sugars etc ) . . • Nightshades (peppers/tomato/eggplant)
• Tubers (potato/arrowroot etc) . . . . • Legumes (soy/beans/peas)
• Modernly palatable (cashews/olives etc)

Goodsamaritan is the only one here who follows raw paleo; I'm not sure he's over 50 yet.
