830am - Synthroid + Reactine + 2 glasses water
Fasting blood sugar = 5.9
1000am - 3 eggs omelette style with chopped onion, tomato, green peppers, and ham + 2 slices bacon + mixed fruit cup (melons and grapes) + 2 cups black coffee
2 hr post prandial blood sugar = 5.2
230pm = 6 oz smoked salmon + 1 cup cucumber slices + 1 tbsp vinegriette + 2 almond meal/cinnamon "muffins"
2 hr post prandial blood sugar = 4.9
630 pm = NY strip loin steak BBQ'ed (not sure exact weight but 6 - 8oz) + 1 cup steamed broccoli + 3 red nugget potatoes + 1.5 tbsp butter
2 hr post prandial blood sugar = 5.6
I AM HUNGRY! Man! This was part of the problem last time and something I never had off program. I am not sure if my carb level is too low or what....ugh. A snack is in order but I don't think I should be hungry!
830pm = 3 large stalks celery + 3 tbsp almond butter
I have had 101 grams carbs today. I have had 59.1% fat, 24.5% Protein, and 16.4% Fat. Nothing worse than sitting in the evening being hungry....
