Aye, I am aware, but I personally consider them fine (though beans are iffy). I tend not to think like a pre-language caveman, and more like a "primitive" hunter gatherer. Lots of these societies consumed dairy (though, not in milk form - butters and cheeses) and beans and the like. Basically, I'm more lax than most people in that I feel if it was eaten like 5000 years ago, it's probably ok.The chips, however...

I've also switched to having only one cup of coffee a day (in the morning, at home). This has the added benefit of saving me $2 a day.
