Thanks. Any good tips for the BF side of things, or is it simply "keep doing what you're doing" ?

Keep doing what you've been doing, plus strength exercises if you aren't doing them already.

I'm doing this:

I've discovered I am more of a bodyweight guy. For this reason, I like to focus on bodyweight exercises and have a few goals I'm slowly working towards (unassisted handstand, L-sit, front lever, pistol, one armed pushup). Additionally, I take jujutsu classes 3 times per week, and the warmups there are fairly intensive.

In addition to some flexibility training. My legs have terrible flexibility

Aaand, here's a pic:

One note: I ate 1oz of 75% dark chocolate last night

Had some decent cheats this weekend: movie theater popcorn (ugh, I felt terrible after that) on Friday, and some birthday cake on Saturday (friend's party). At least the cake had strawberries in it, though :)

The weight shows how those cheats worked out, though :(

Uh-oh, watch yourself. Don't be one of those people who reach their goals then go off only to gain it all back.
Change requires you to scream, I'M NOT GONNA TAKE ANY MORE!...and then you don't.

Nah, if you look at my history, weekends tend to usually gain me 1-2 lbs. 2 steps forward, 1 step back type thing...

And we're down again today. See? ;)

Cheated with about 3oz of 90% dark chocolate last night. And some wine

So my scale keeps telling me my BF% is 20.3 over and over. I did actual skinfold measurements last night - 3 points and 7 points. That calculation gave me 18.2%.

I think that's actually pretty good agreement, considering how much error there generally is in body fat measurements.

Did pretty good this weekend. Except on Sunday. We went to a wedding, and I ended up eating some wedding cake. Additionally, 3 glasses of wine and some Ouzo. Still, my weight was oddly "perfect" the past 3 days. 170.0 3 days in a row - makes me suspicious.

Hmm, I somehow hit a roadblock right as I hit my goal. I imagine that this means it is mental. While I haven't (really) cheated recently, I'm still up by... 0.6 lbs today. I imagine this could be from eating late. The past few days, I have snacked on nuts and berries around 10pm or so. That's probably a bad idea.

I'm going to make sure that I stop eating by 9pm.
