Keep doing what you've been doing, plus strength exercises if you aren't doing them already.
I've discovered I am more of a bodyweight guy. For this reason, I like to focus on bodyweight exercises and have a few goals I'm slowly working towards (unassisted handstand, L-sit, front lever, pistol, one armed pushup). Additionally, I take jujutsu classes 3 times per week, and the warmups there are fairly intensive.
Uh-oh, watch yourself. Don't be one of those people who reach their goals then go off only to gain it all back.
