Fasting again today. Though, I'm not thinking of it as fasting anymore. After reading some info regarding "The Warrior Diet", and noticing how good I feel during the day when fasting, I'm going to try to switch to doing that. That is - no breakfast or lunch, maybe a very small snack in there, and one big meal at the end of the day.

It has been estimated that 75% of people may be ingesting more than the RDA for vitamin A on a regular basis in developed nations...This could hypothetically reduce the efficacy of vitamin D
Vitamin D is questionable enough, but why supplement with Vitamin A?It sounds like a bad idea to have too much of it
