No fasting today. I don't think doing it repeatedly is good for you. Might slow the metabolism. I did, however, just get back from the dentist, so my mouth might not be up to too much eating for a bit.

I'm working from my couch today, which means I will be much more tempted to snack... I'll try to keep in under control.

Fasting again today. Though, I'm not thinking of it as fasting anymore. After reading some info regarding "The Warrior Diet", and noticing how good I feel during the day when fasting, I'm going to try to switch to doing that. That is - no breakfast or lunch, maybe a very small snack in there, and one big meal at the end of the day.

As such, I'll change the format here.

Think this is something that happens naturally with this woe, it's certainly how my body is starting to behave.

I also found this extremely easy.  I've never been a breakfast person and with a big dinner and carbs low, I'm jut not hungry for ages the next day.  I eat one meal a day, 2 days out of 3.

Vitamin D is questionable enough, but why supplement with Vitamin A?

It sounds like a bad idea to have too much of it   :-\

Quote
It has been estimated that 75% of people may be ingesting more than the RDA for vitamin A on a regular basis in developed nations
...This could hypothetically reduce the efficacy of vitamin D

It's pretty much me shooting from the hip. Back when I was tracking calories and all that crap in some random app, that also included micronutrients, I noticed I wasn't getting enough Vitamin A (something like 50% of the RDA). So I bought some pills. They've largely sat in my cabinet for a while, until I was reading some chunk of Weston A Price's book which said it was notable that the primitive peoples tended to consume 10 times as much Vitamin A, Vitamin D, and "Activator X" as those consuming a western diet. Those two facts made me grab the bottle of the shelf...

I do not have any empirical way to determine if it's helpful or not, though.

EDIT: It's also worthwhile to note that, according to a nurse friend of mine, Vitamin A pills tend to be largely carotene based, which don't cause toxicity issues
