lower body work outs?

Hi all,

      I'm wondering if anyone can suggest some lower body exercises? I'm already jogging (30 minutes, 3 times a week) and will mix in a 4KM walk every now and then, but I'm looking to do some body-weight exercises too.

Just do Olympic lifts and you're set.

Squats. Learn proper squat form (google it), and then add weight. If you don't have access to a barbell, you can use dumbells or even just a backpack full of books.

Squats, split squats, lunges and step ups are all decent bw movements.

Jump squats

Better. Jumping Lunge-Lunge-Squat. It's actually a pretty good conditioning workout too
