If you have access to organic pork, that would be good.
Otherwise, common pork is factory farmed with gmo feeds.
I'm on Raw Paleo diet but I have kids to feed on cooked paleo diet.

Freezing will fix that one, as will thorough cooking.

I believe you have to freeze at colder temperatures than a typical home freezer reaches, though.

Or for longer periods of time. I think it requires 2 months in a household freezer to kill trichinosis.

i've eaten pork all my life. Yes make sure it is cooked right but it's sooo delicious.

And pigs given the choice are very clean. Also intelligent. My uncle lived with a lady who had a pig farm and we used to visit and scratch the pigs ears for them.

Anyway, look at any farm animal - sheep for instance, greasy, ticks and stupid as well.

Doesn't matter when they come out of the oven :)

I love my computer, all my friends live in it.

Good point; it's not exactly convenient if you wanted rare pork for dinner.  I'm not sure how cold the freezers that come with refrigerators get, but I found a chart with the following guidelines:

-20 F for 6 days
-10 F for 10 days
5 F for 20 days

I'm wondering how cold my chest freezer is on its current setting.  The only questionable foods we've had in there had been frozen for a couple months already before we fed them to the dog or made them for ourselves.
Perfection is attained by slow degrees; it requires the hand of time. Voltaire
