Acne can be from a combination of:Inflammation caused by intolerance of carbohydrate consumption;Interaction between Testosterone and Insulin which creates Androgens which lead to over-production of sebum, where bacteria can breed excessively and irritate your skin, causing the inflammation which you are prone to;Other irritations of the skin, in someone who has inflammation from carb intolerance.
Does anyone on here have SEVERE acne issues while being on Paleo for some time? And if you do, could you list your staple foods or direct me to you food blog.
